I think the B/J seats are as a good a middle seat as you can have, though.
I think I'll end up sticking with K (and will take a photo of the seat for FT's benefit). There are windows and aisles available further up in E+, but the idea of having a window and being able to get up without climbing over 2 people on a 15 hour flight is pretty appealing.
