Nissans and Grand Marquis/Town Car will never have XM. Toyotas can have XM, Buicks often have XM and so do Fords. I've never been in a Hertz-owned Chevy that
didn't have an active XM subscription.

No one is mentioning the Volkswagen CC here, that is a nice car and seems to come with siriusxm, though for me in Sweden that is just a car, my fiancees parents got one...
A Volvo had been just awful, I am not crossing the atlantic to drive in a car that is made in my hometown!
By adding siriusXm to my booking for a Premium car would most likely give us
Buick
Ford Taurus
VW CC
Volvo S60
But what is the odds anyway I get an Grand Marquis or Crown Vic with 40k + miles anyway? Or a Maxima? Worth $140 to avoid?
Is satellite radio worth $140? I do like radio...but it is probably okay with just local stations!
