maybe true, but $1k per day for several days may also be disputed as risky at a Dx (but then again, any amount may be considered risky and may not be awarded points or may cause more attention then wanted).
a total of $3k per month at a Dx seems high to me. but, I'm not one that pushes the limits (although each person has to decide their own risk factors and limits, because as always, ymmv).
