Are you saying there is an abilitiy to filter and sort flight results right now?? It's hard to give you feedback when I can't for the life of me figure out how to filter and sort in the new interface. Heck I can't even find a way to book many flights on aa.com .
Or do you mean that you removed the ability to filter and sort because you (implausibly) thought that's what customers wanted, and now you need to do more research and monitoring of more customer feedback to see if you ought to add back in the ability to filter and sort flights??
I'm seriously feeling like I'm in an alternate universe where smart people that run a major company like AA can't figure out this sort of stuff is what drives customers away - how could you possibly believe this makes your customers want to spend more with AA?
