I checked my Virgin Atlantic account today and found the following:

23 Dec 2012 Stay at the Homewood Suites Lawton OK 200 0
23 Dec 2012 Cancelled: Stay at the Homewood Suites Lawton OK -200 0
23 Dec 2012 Stay at the Homewood Suites Lawton OK 1000 0
23 Dec 2012 Stay at the Homewood Suites Lawton OK 1000 0
23 Dec 2012 Cancelled: Stay at the Homewood Suites Lawton OK -1000 0

If only they hadn't also reversed their accidental 1000 extra point credit At least it all appears sorted now. This was all fixed with the one call to Hhonors.
