You might be able to book it on aa.com, but not ba.com if you want the long AA F flights to give 210 TPs. To specify the routing, you can sometimes leave out a transit airport if it's the most logical choice that aa.com would choose. You could also try hipmunk.com which you can feed the routing somewhat and it can then pass it to somewhere like Orbitz to book.
If you can't do it online, then call BA and feed them the flight numbers or use a TA.
