Mean while, my mother is not doing well, her Dr. scheduled her surgery in February, so I thought I should help her. But it is not life threatening surgery. With change fee and rebooking, it will cost about $500. I am thinking I will go back there again with award ticket or purchasing another ticket. Thanks everybody. Especially I was laughing on the idea to call everyday to bump out for extend same day standby.
Depending on the circumstances of the surgery, you can likely get $200 of the $250 refunded. See
