Second vuittons on Perth - hotel desert.

Perth - Hyatt regency is where I normally stay if I have to. Rooms renovated a couple of years ago but still 4 star at max, 3 star service.
What used to be IC Burswood is now Crown Perth; rooms are yet to be updated yet, and the hotel is still old.
The rest fall 3 star and below.

Margaret river - I have yet to go to the Empire but have heard great things from my friends. Most of the properties around this area are more into eco-retreats, with chalets or villa in the bush, and little, if any, service. The bigger resorts are mediocre at best =\
