I think THAI should make some kind of guesture, yes it is not the end of the world but lets be honest the ground services make this go from a great product to a great experience and that did not happen this time.

I think a MAJOR problem here is you are not part of TGs FF program. They really can't give you miles as you don't have an account to put them in. I'd ask them for an e-Cert if you want that.....better yet you should have drank an extra bottle of Dom to make up for it
.... I went through 2 1/2 bottles on my last flight. Only 2 other people in F with me and they were sleeping.
Just like any other airline they can and do make mistakes!! Although very infrequently with TG.
