This is my first experience with Westin LV this week. Awful.

I'm on the "Starwood Preferred Guest Floor" (16) and the moment you get off the elevator you are greeted with the smell of sewage...don't know what's going on with that.

The first room they gave me smelled. Bad. And it had not been vacuumed prior to my arrival, quite obviously, because the previous occupant's TOENAILS were on the floor beneath the desk. DISGUSTING.

This is a category 5??????????

Wont' stay here again. Ever.
