Hi, MSPeconomist, thanks for sharing.
I talked with KF representative this afternoon and finally make a redemption: LAX->SFO->HKG->CTU with A380 suite for SFO to HKG and biz class for other two segments, which took me 100K KF mileage + $182. I was also offered a similiar one, LAX->NRT->SIN->CTU with two SQ first class/suite and one MI biz class, but it required 145K mileage + $630, which is too much for me.
In addition, no stopover is allowed as it's a one -way ticket instead of round ticket.
PS, what's the meaning for TPR?

If you really want to splurge and have a fantastic experience, you could buy miles for under $4000 and redeem a RT in FC/Suites, but the additional taxes and fees could be high.
If you do only part of a trip in FC, try to depart SIN in FC with a long connection (or originate in SIN after a stopover) so as to be able to use TPR, which requires an outbound ticket (including any award ticket using SQ metal to leave SIN in FC/Suites) on SQ in FC/Suites or very high FF status on SQ.
