I asked nicely at the Stadtpark and the Danube (via the reservation form, I think, but you could email too) and got one gratis. No drama at all. Admittedly, that was for a child, but I'd say if you just request via email or the webform you have a good shot. Technically I think there's a fee of 40 Euro or something, but it never came up for me.
