We keep hearing that non elites tend to get more offers than UA elites. Not sure anybody can give you the chances with any certainty. Also not sure if when the system recognizes you as non-UA *G is it more or less likely to offer you an upgrade.
I would not count on it and am glad to hear you already bought yourself a seat in E+;
By the way, if you are upgraded (purchase or free) to First you do not get the E+ payment back
