I have the same problem as Bojan did. I made an incomplete online booking today - on the final payment it didn't go thru - the message was:Card Details declined by the bank. Please check your card details and try again. So I tried again, and this time the message was:We were unable to process the payment. Please review the card details. However, when I called the bank, they said that the payment went thru - the money went from my account.
The booking wasn't completed and I didn't received any confirmation email (from Qatar), but the money was paid. I don't know what to do, because I wish that this booking could be confirmed (or at least, get my money back).
Like Bojan, I also come from Slovenia, so there's no Qatar office to go to and resolve this. Please, help!

[email protected] so that they can assist you further if there is any blocked amount from your incomplete booking.
