$1200 for 4 weeks is a pretty good price, with full insurance.
Just an FYI some of the Hertz Luxury vehicles are premium at other agencies (300 and Genesis). Genesis is a great vehicle but not the best for long road trip. Caddy's could be good for long road trip, but they might "stick out" in places.
