Thanks Gary, It's really helpful. It's now very hard for me to decide whther to use KF mileage to redeem SQ's biz or first class ticket (but need to pay very high tax and YQ), or to redeem other SA carriers seat (anothers mentioned it's not worth to do it as only KF and lufthansa's mileage can redeem SQ's biz and first class ticket).

We usually use ITA Matrix. Basically, the miles are going to cover base fare only (in some carriers, YQ/YR as well). So you basically do the maths from there.
He means exactly SQ First Suite - only available with SQ's A380.
But the issue is YQ - fuel surcharge. I don't really think you will think about (imagine $900ish worth of tax for an award...)
