I've accessed the Flagship Lounges at LAX and JFK on both ends of a nonstop transcon in F simply by showing my boarding pass. In any case, nonstop transcons in F also entitle you to Admirals Club access:

The JFK Flagship Lounge and Admirals Club (near gate 12) share the same showers.
