I'm looking to book a mini-RTW in October or November of this year. My main goals are to get J seats on long-haul flights and stay as scamcharge free as possible. I'll be traveling over the Atlantic first, so I'm wondering what airlines are my options.

My first option was to do YYC-YUL-ZRH-AMS-IST, but reading the threads I've learned that getting J on LX from YUL-ZRH is very difficult. I want to end up in HKG coming from Europe.

What would others recommend in order to get:
- J over the Atlantic and from Europe-Asia
- scamcharge free
- do a layover in Amsterdam (possibly a stop)
- ultimately end up in HKG
