It's a same day from NYC. All 3 airports around 450-475 right now. EWR has a 2 hour turnaround (direct), I'd rather spend a day there and turn around at night flying JFK->SFO->HNL->SFO/IAD->JFK. Leave 6am Saturday, back by the PM sunday.
