Yes, I agree "...The staff seemed snooty;" and it's a nice way of putting it. I was told when I checked in that I should consider myself lucky that the hotel is offering the full buffet breakfast when all I was entitled to as a diamond member was the "continental" breakfast. The fact is I don't believe they even offer a continental breakfast. This was an unnecessary comment.
Are there two Hyatts in Gora? I didn't have this experience at all. Not only was everyone very welcoming (in our case, right up to the GM and she seemed to always be on duty), the breakfast was very filling.
