I took the evening flight to BOS just over a year ago in F and it was great. Day in the office, relaxed dinner onboard, then straight off at Boston and whistled through immigration. I'd do that out, train to NY then the daytime flight back. You'd absolutely make the most of your F experience and the low mileage requirement for those places is an added benefit.
