I have made an one way outbound booking online using my 2-4-1 to a destination that is 'difficult' to get availability for, to say the least. Then looking to add in the return leg as they're coming available at the booking horizon.

Looking at various times of day (including just gone midnight / 2.00am) for return flights and occasionally availability will come up, but the normal advice is to wait until Exec Club opens at 7.30am in the morning to call to 'add' the returns in.

Is it possible (should they become available) to book the returns online if/when they become available on the website, then for Exec Club to 'merge' the returns onto the 2-4-1 when the phones open? Leaving looking for the availability until the phone line opens would be difficult.

Other option is just to book without the 2-4-1 of course - saving a few Avios may not be worth the trouble.
