I am curious is the delivery fee on top of the checked luggage fee?

I know checked luggage is waived for certain customers, but I am just curious.

Since, I can check bags for free, this is a service I could occasionally see myself utilizing if I am doing a vacation trip and I just want to get to the resort ASAP without having to haul my luggage around with me.

$40 for two bags is decent IMO.
