I was in Y, then at the gate I asked if there were any upgrades available (after flying LGA-MSP-SLC-ATL-LGA in Y in the preceding 26 hours, I was willing to pay for one!) and they said I was already reseated in prem econ That's when things got really interesting... once I'm in my seat the gate agent comes and asks my seatmate if he's Bob. He's not so he says no. I see a boarding pass that says 1J so I tell him I can be Bob if he wants. He laughs and walks away. Five minutes later he returns and asks if I'm Josh. Bob is a GM and was in 1J. I'm Josh and I was in 1K I will say that AF treats FOs better than DL does.
