My girlfriend & I will travel to europe byTurkish Airlines. I realized that my flight ticket says Ms. instead of Mr. I called and spoke with a representative - who spoke very bad english - and told me: "It doesnt matter". Her response did not give me peace of mind, bc I will be at the other side of the word. I called again and another customer representative told me that I have a to buy a new ticket 1,200 Dlls, they will make the correction and in 7-15 days they will refund me the amount of the prior ticket. But...they won't give me the price rate of when I bought it, so I have to pay almost 300 dlls. more. Besides, the number of my seat, along with my girfriend could change. That means that we travel "apart" for 26 hours. What can I legally do? Thank You so much for any help.
