Wow you are not too far off based with that thought.
I just called MIO Cards to check on the status of MY Missing Check and they told me they don't see a check issued. I asked them if they can see in my 3 accounts any notes on the request for the check to be mailed. I told them I have called several times and they said they can see that and that the Compliance department had a hold on my accounts but after TWO several minute holds was told she was filling out an Expedited Form to request the check be mailed faster. What a joke but of course I told her I was documenting the call and forwarding a copy to the BBB and Att. Gen. office at which time she said she didn't like being recorded and I couldn't record them without their permission.
I told her that when she it is on You Tube she can sue me and she hung up
We are still also waiting to here back from Compliance after 3 weeks of the ID docs being provided on the GF's accounts
