Only saw the same two front desk agents in the two days I was there: a male and a female
I have no idea who is managing this place.
Never saw nor was introduced to a supervisor/ assistant/front office or duty manager as I was in Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo.
Furthermore there was no welcoming card/letter from the General Manager.
The diamond welcoming amenity came in the evening while we were not in the room and long after we checked in.
I can't even remember what it was but when I called to ask why the tea set and plates we had used earlier were not replaced at the time the amenity was delivered, I was told it's not done by the same person.
Note to the hotel: If you are delivering a diamond amenity, it usually creates a better impression if it is placed in the room prior to the guests checking in.
If you must deliver it after the guests have checked in, then please make sure there are no dirty cups/plates/glasses on the same table where you have placed the welcoming amenity and inform your staff to replace what needs replacing.
