The AC Flight Attendants won't help you at all. If you were in a wheelchair, they might. If you were a dwarf, they'd help you. If you were a 106 years old, they might help you.

They all take a course about once every 3 thats gives basic common knowledge on how to lift. Its about 60 mins and is pretty basic, things like lifting with your knees, not jerking the item in a sharp motion. To paraphrase........they are told you have to lift one thing a flight, if they help everyone then they are lifting about 40 pieces a flight.
