Your messed up spelling is pretty nice as it still makes up a Dutch word(hertenbosch would be "deer forest"). But no, 's Hertogenbosch is north east of Tilburg so in the wrong direction. In stead you should take a local train to Breda and from there the Fyra to Brussels or a slow train to Antwerp. From there you can travel to Paris where you need to change for Reims. But I doubt this is cheaper as travelling by TGV.
