It went quite well, some nice fellows. I was seated next to the head of KLM sales for the BELUX region. We had a little chat regarding the business class product and they were a bit surprised to hear that most of us considered the seats outdated on AF, not to mention KLM. They talked a lot about the new KLM C seats, raving about how revolutionary and comfy it'll be. The issue is that AF and KLM are usually late in everything and their seats get outdated very quickly.

Apart from that, ground staff service was discussed and some mixed experiences came up. Overall, people seemed happy of their overall experience with AF/KLM (unlike me).
