Yes, blankets, pillows and a small amenity kits are provided to Economy Class customers on all of SAA's intercontinental flights. Also on-demand audio/visiual entertainment and complimentary wine and bar service are offered throughout the flight. Have flown the U.S.-South Africa route many times and SAA has the best Economy Class product IMO.
