Occasionally I have had problems when there were delays on a flight. I've received delay notifications on the UA app and then gotten to the airport to see it listed as on-time. The UA Club staff has also told me that the city's boards can be unreliable. Although if the feed Is from the airline then I suppose its a UA problem.

As long as I can get accurate flight status on my phone, it doesn't really bother me.
