Thinking about some time around Helsinki/Tallinn/St Petersburg this summer. Last year when we were in Stockholm in summer we were disappointed to find that many restaurants and bars closed for summer (July & August). Is the same true of Helsinki? We are likely going end June/early July so might miss the summer closure but would be interested to know if it's significant there.
