Thanks for sharing and I am sorry to hear about your disappointing stay. I have heard from friends and colleagues that the Setai has gone downhill in the past year or so, never stayed myself. IMO, there are several short comings with TripAdvisor, FT, Yelp or anyother review site online. First, everyone goes in with different expectations. I know people that absolutely hate the RC Toronto (one of my favorites) and base their reviews on that. Someone that stays at Hamptons and Fairfield Inns will find any five star to be amazing whereas those of us that stay more regularly will identify deficiencies. Also, they really aren't scientific and have their associated biases, not to mention fake reviews from management.

I would try and reach either the owner or Setai management.
