You will eventually get a United Club card, if you haven't received one call the number on the back of your Mileageplus Club card and talk to customer service.

I didn't have my card yet when I was flying out of Charlotte and wanted to get into the US Air club. I called United Club customer service and they sent me an email confirming my membership and the US Air front desk lady was very accommodating and let me in with it.
