I am trying to figure out if the following are covered by the Explorer Card when one only charges the taxes of an award ticket (UA or others) to the card:

1 - Travel Accident
2 - Trip Cancellation
3 - Trip Delay
4 - Lost Luggage

Some of them have the "entired cost of the passenger fare ... less redeemable certificates, vouchers and coupons" wording. What does that mean?
