Yes... they don't make any distinction between skyclubs with showers or not with showers...your one day pass will gain you admittance to any Delta SKyClub...and once you are inside all amenities are available to you... The only issue is if the club is really crowded their might be a long wait...
HOWEVER the two clubs in ATL with showers, E and F...have been redone and have A LOT of showers.... so shouldn't be a problem...
Other airports (LAX for instance) only have a few showers so the waits can be long....

Both the ATL E and F Concourse Sky Clubs have 8 showers each for a total of 16.
If you are arriving on a Red-Eye flight I would recommend the Concourse E Sky Club as all morning ATL inbound International Flights arrive at Concourse F. The E club is likely to be less crowded.
