There are Classic and Deluxe rooms in every tower. The Luv Tub, King Suite, and Deluxe King Suite are in every tower except Tower 5.

There appears to be construction on every side. The girl at the desk said the rooms in the yellow part (tower 4?) haven't been upgraded in about 6 years. The maid said that they're upgrading them now from the top down. Business partner was in Tower 1 and said he had a good view of the sunrise - I guess he would have been in the green part.
The front desk folks are pretty accommodating and know which rooms are newer, which are quieter, etc and they'll look around for you to get you what you want.
