How about US which only gives miles flown in many programs, not even the 500 minimum. 88 miles of EWR-PHL!

Last year I flow A3 on two segments in an eligible fare class, had my AC*G show on the boarding pass but the miles never posted. After three emails to SE desk, finally had the miles posted manually. Most annoying.
