I am presently using the Plantronic Savi 730 (there are other styles in the 700 series).

Not cheap but considering that I use them for intl teleconferencing, webinars, video link meetings, coaching and consulting it is great performer in terms of audio quality.
I find Plantronic product over the last 14 yrs: great audio on both ends, durable and great service.
