Thanks for everyone's input. I can't seem to find any good deals using BA points since SFO is such a long way from Europe and especially Asia. Looks like I'll be concentrating on UA miles since there are a lot more opportunities (I'd like to ride nonstop to europe vs. a stop in the US). Thanks again!
