'Sorry but we are currently unable to change or cancel your booking online.
Please call 0844 493 0762 to change your booking.'

Any ideas why? Not too concerned as I'm using KVS to monitor availability and I'll phone if anything appears, but just wondered why the error message.

It was booked via TA, but looking at the email receipt they used a credit card to book it online with BA.

I have had this error on every single sector of every single flight I have booked via BA.com over the past 2 years. Including my current booking (6 sectors). OK, so I don't travel BA so much these days and normally booking is via the company TA but I think it is the same for them once I have them in MMB.

I sent BA an email 2 weeks ago about this and other problems I got via the website (I can't view any avios availability, not ever, regardless of browser, O/S etc. It just never returns!) and I just get an answer saying

"We are unable to help you by email. Please contact your nearest British Airways office, where one of our agents will be able to assist you"
I am dammed if I am going to call a special rate number to talk to somebody about how bad their web site works.
