Unfortunately you will not as you cannot re-enter the sterile area. Is your connecting flight on AA and part of the same itinerary? If so you can use the LGA AC (although its not a FL lounge) and there is a shower now located at the LGA AC.
I've had some luck showing my incoming BP and Admirals Club card at the check-in counter and getting them to print me a gate pass. Perhaps if the OP does this (especially with a F BP) and explains he wants a shower they'll help him out.
