The big casios (Wynn, MGM, etc) have a few different variations of poker, but not sure about the one you mention. They also have a variety of other games that would be new to you. You will find plenty of baccarat (the most popular with the Chinese) and the usual suspects such as roulette, blackjack, etc, even craps. At night time the dress code can go up a little, but generally if you are dressed neatly you will be fine.
