The flight left late due to bags being loaded so we had an agent RUN with us to our gate in London. Get to destination. One bag arrives heavelydamged half contents gone, and the other one doesn`t arrive. Call area agent she says have to make clim in airport. Xmas day no english speakers. What do do? Make online claim for lost goods and late bag. Bag comes next day split down side but contents intact.

Coming back j class both bags MIA. Might come tomorrow. Plane late again so even a 2 hour window not enough
