I have lived in ANC for all my life. I am DL plat and have been many years. True AK AIR is a great airline, however it's nothing like you have described. I've researched this out and find my perks better at DL. AK air will give me upgrades when flying on thier routes 50% of time, but when you do have to fly delta you will be stuck in coach as an AK MVP.
