Here are the options:

~ pay the $450 and hope you'll get the full 100K
~ pay the $450 and hope you'll get a partial bonus (normal upgrade 25K)
~ cancel after 3 months (less $100 or so) if you don't get the points
~ don't activate the card
~ think about it for another 72 hours
