Almost certainly not. AA only offers lounge access to paying members (AC, AS or QF), premium cabin transcon pax and int'l premium/status pax. AA offers neither transcon nor int'l service ex-SJC and I don't recall the AC ever having a reciprocity agreement for its members with anyone other than an airline (vs. third party) lounge (currently QF and AS).
