If your losing the bed type you want that is an issue, but are you getting a better room category?

Ah! That would be excellent. You'd think the reps would know about that if it's part of their system, but whatever.

Maybe I should stop fighting with the system and see what happens - although so far, changing it from a queen bed to 2 singles is definitely not an upgrade.
