I have a bunch of whiny employees this morning so my threshold is low!
Having said that, I find this board extraordinarily negative at times, and these multiple on going threads complaining about AC fare structure is part of that. I agree, the data is useful, but I dont find the overall approach very constructive or informative (give the data on fares usually constitutes about 5% of the actual discussion/complaint).
